These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Urban Home Massage website and the booking and delivery of all massage therapy services provided by Urban Home Massage in Dubai. By booking a session with us or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Urban Home Massage provides professional mobile massage therapy services delivered by licensed, DHA-certified therapists to residential homes, private villas, hotel rooms, apartments, and other private spaces across Dubai. Our services are provided in accordance with UAE health regulations and Dubai Health Authority licensing requirements.
You are responsible for providing accurate booking information including your correct address, preferred session time, contact number, and any relevant health or wellness information. Inaccurate information may result in delays, an inability to deliver your session, or the need to modify the session once the therapist arrives.
We accommodate same-day bookings subject to therapist availability. For same-day requests, we recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your preferred time slot. For specific therapist requests or longer sessions, advance booking of at least 24 hours is recommended.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message containing your appointment time, therapist details, and session information. Please review this confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if any details are incorrect.
All session prices are displayed on our website pricing page and are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the price agreed at the time of confirmation.
Every booking includes therapist travel to your location, a professional portable massage table, freshly laundered linens, clean towels, premium massage oils, pre-session wellness consultation, and all professional essentials required for a complete session. There are no hidden charges or additional fees beyond the agreed session price.
We accept cash payment on the day of the session, card payment via secure payment link, and bank transfer for advance bookings. Payment is due at the time of the session unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.
Client Cancellations We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us as early as possible via WhatsApp or phone. Cancellations made with more than 4 hours notice will incur no charge. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session price, at our discretion. This policy exists to fairly compensate therapists who have reserved time and traveled to your location.
Rescheduling Sessions can be rescheduled without charge with a minimum of 4 hours notice. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred alternative time, subject to therapist availability.
Urban Home Massage Cancellations In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your session due to therapist unavailability, unforeseen circumstances, or factors outside our control. In these cases, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative appointment at your convenience.
Providing A Suitable Space You are responsible for providing a clean, private space suitable for the massage session. The minimum space required for the portable massage table is approximately two meters by one meter. Most living rooms, bedrooms, and hotel rooms accommodate this without rearranging furniture. If an adequate space cannot be provided upon therapist arrival, the session may need to be modified or cancelled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Health Disclosure Before every session, our therapist will conduct a pre-session consultation to understand your physical condition, health history, and wellness goals. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, recent surgeries, or physical sensitivities that may be relevant to your session. Urban Home Massage accepts no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed health conditions.
Contraindications Certain medical conditions may make massage therapy inadvisable or require modification of techniques. Our DHA-certified therapists are trained to identify contraindications and may modify or decline to proceed with a session if they have professional concerns about client safety. In such cases, we recommend consulting a medical professional before booking.
Client Conduct All clients are expected to treat our therapists with respect and professionalism throughout the session. Any conduct that is inappropriate, threatening, disrespectful, or violates professional boundaries will result in the immediate termination of the session. In such cases, the full session fee remains payable and future bookings may be declined at our discretion.
Intoxication Sessions will not be conducted if the client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances. In such cases, the full session fee remains payable.
Urban Home Massage is a licensed, DHA-certified mobile massage service operating across Dubai’s residential communities, hotels, and private villas. Every therapist is verified, every session is fully equipped, and every booking is handled with professionalism, privacy, and attention to client comfort. Same-day appointments are available across most areas of Dubai.
