When you contact Urban Home Massage via WhatsApp or our online contact form, our team confirms your preferred treatment, session duration, date, time, and location before your appointment is scheduled. A booking is considered confirmed once our team has verified therapist availability and communicated the confirmed appointment details to you.
Sessions are available in 60-, 90-, and 120-minute durations for applicable treatments. Full details on treatments and pricing are available on our Pricing page.
Same-day appointments are available across most Dubai communities, subject to therapist availability. We recommend contacting us as early in the day as possible to secure your preferred time slot.
A suitable, DHA-certified therapist is assigned based on your selected treatment, appointment time, and any preferences communicated at the time of booking, including therapist gender where requested. Assignment is subject to availability.
Appointments can be arranged at a residence, private villa, apartment, or suitable hotel location within our service areas across Dubai. For hotel bookings, please provide the hotel name and room number (if available) so the appointment can be coordinated with the property. Clients are responsible for confirming that their chosen location permits an in-room or in-home massage service where applicable (e.g., hotel policies).
Every appointment begins with a brief consultation covering your preferred pressure, areas of focus, wellness goals, and any relevant physical considerations, allowing your therapist to adapt the session accordingly.
Payment is completed after your massage session, using the method arranged at the time of booking — cash, credit card, or payment link. Full pricing is available on our Pricing page and confirmed with you before your appointment.
